Yes, it is undeniable that yogurt is not an extra product in the diet, but not for those who are trying to lose weight. Simple yoghurts are extremely caloric, they are created to quench the feeling of hunger, but not for losing weight. For this reason, nutritionists recommend to read the product and carefully read the information about the calorie content of yogurt, since 250 grams of the product can account for the same number of calories. This principle should apply to all dairy products. It should not be out of habit to drink homemade cow milk and seize it with homemade cheese.

Therefore, if you want to lose weight, then the body needs to supply calcium, and not phosphorus.

White bread, biscuits and loaves are harmful. But black bread is not a source of a large number of calories, and thus useful for the body.
