Modern medicine is dynamically developing, and scientists are constantly creating new vaccines against various diseases. Some parents, fearing an unexpected reaction of the baby's body to the injected drug, prefer not to inject children. However, there is a mandatory vaccination schedule approved by the Russian Department of Health.

What is a vaccination schedule for

? Vaccination of children is an obligatory procedure, the control of which is assigned to the district pediatricians. The vaccination schedule contains detailed information about the age at which the child is being vaccinated against. At the moment, every baby born in Russia is subject to mandatory vaccination, in accordance with the established list. The list of vaccinations and any changes in it should be approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the country.

In any state there is a schedule of vaccinations for children, approved by the authorized authorities. A pediatrician carries out vaccination strictly within the available schedule. Individual schedules of vaccinations are made if the children were born before the due date or have certain health problems. In this case, the form of vaccination is established by the observing pediatrician for medical reasons.

Parents have the right to decide independently which vaccinations and when they will deliver to their child. Some are convinced of the pointlessness of this procedure, which pushes them to sign an official refusal in the vaccination department. This issue is constantly discussed and creates a lot of controversy, however, before writing a refusal, it is worthwhile to think carefully and consult with specialists.

You can not do routine vaccinations to those children who have the slightest signs of an allergy or an infectious disease, but the vaccination must be carried out after the full recovery of the baby. Immediately after the illness, the doctor will not be vaccinated, he will write a medical withdrawal for 14 days, because the children's organism at this time is weak, does not cope well with protective functions. Additionally, before the inoculation, tests are given.

National vaccination schedule

It is very important to vaccinate children from birth( the first vaccine is placed in the hospital), because this will save them from early infection with serious diseases. The vaccination schedules for children in Russia and European countries are very similar. However, in Europe BCG is not put: according to doctors, there is no such need. In Ukraine, there are also some differences from the Russian plan. Here vaccinations against hepatitis B are set according to the "0-1-6" scheme, and DTP is done at 3, 4 and 5 months. Prevention of pneumococcal infection by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health is not envisaged.

Schedule of Inoculations in the Russian Federation

The use of inactivated vaccines helps to develop protective functions only if a complete injection course is completed, which includes 2-3 injections. In addition, children need to be revaccinated in the future( additional vaccinations to maintain immunity). The vaccination schedule for children includes all procedures shown by age. A baby in the maternity hospital receives the first injection against hepatitis B 12 hours after birth. The schedule of vaccinations for children, approved by the Ministry of Health, contains information on how many times the vaccine and when to do it.

The national calendar provides for the prevention of the following diseases:

  1. Rubella, mumps( parotitis).Vaccinate one-year-olds, revaccinate 6-year-old children.
  2. Hepatitis B. The vaccine is given 12 hours after birth, 30 days, 6 months.
  3. Poliomyelitis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus. Vaccinate children 3, 4, 5 and 6 months old, one and a half years of age( by the course).
  4. Tuberculosis. Graft babies for 3-7 days after birth, revaccinate 7-year-olds.
  5. Measles. Vaccinate one-year-olds, revaccinate 6-year-old children.

Vaccination schedule for children

Prophylactic vaccination is needed to protect against dangerous diseases. For the child's body, many diseases are fatal and dangerous by the development of serious complications. Sometimes the infection ends in a lethal outcome. Given the place of residence of the patient, parents can be offered paid and free injections against typhoid, rabies or cholera. Table of vaccinations by age, which are given to all Russians, is presented below.

Reviews

Anna, 35 years old : DTP according to schedule do thrice intermittently. The injection is put in a leg, after it at the daughter the temperature has risen, the site of an injection strongly hurt. The second time the procedure was carried over easily. The last time was less successful, because we were vaccinated immediately after the illness, which caused cold symptoms, so do not do DTP if the baby is weakened by immunity.

Jeanne, 32 years old : Mantua was made after chickenpox and badly suffered from side effects. I believe that the protective functions of the body are not fully restored, but the doctors decided that everything is fine. The result was positive, sent to the TB clinic. They conducted a test "Diaskin", suspicions were not confirmed. The card was written: an allergy to tuberculin( BCG).

Marina, 29 years old : We vaccinated our son according to the schedule established by the Ministry of Health. All injections were put, as expected, the data entered into the card. Already a few vaccinations were put, everything was fine. However, the latter( measles, mumps, rubella) caused a bad reaction. They treated red for a long time on the pope, after which they stopped grafting.
