  1. In the first variant we have three meals, the latter being lunch. The first breakfast consists of two eggs, a glass of unsweetened tea and one fruit to choose from: an apple, grapefruit or an orange. For the second breakfast we eat two more eggs and a glass of tea without sugar. At lunch we eat vegetable salad from boiled beets, carrots, potatoes and fresh cucumber. All the rest of the time until you sleep you can only drink.
  2. In the second variant, we also have three meals, but only this is a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the menu for everyone is the same: an egg, hard-boiled, a glass of unsweetened tea and one apple or orange. In breaks we drink a lot of water.
  3. The third option is also designed for three meals. For breakfast, we cook two eggs and after that we can eat an orange or grapefruit. Dinner consists exclusively of a portion of prunes - no more than 10 dried fruits. We have dinner with a boiled egg and one of the fruit to choose from: orange or grapefruit.
