How to eat "provincial vegetables" at the disposal of which only shops and hypermarkets offering a "standard set" of goods?

As for the main( second) dishes, these are, of course, cutlets( naturally, not meat), casseroles, and simply vegetables - stewed or cooked in the oven( by the way, you can safely use ready-made frozen mixes).The main ingredients here, again, will be cereals, beans and potatoes. Let's pay attention to such popular products as rice and zucchini - here they are also widely used. Well, if you are a gourmet - spicy or spicy vegetable based sauces at your disposal.

Vegetarian salads

Salads are worthy of special attention - it's not only an abundance of ready-made recipes( for example - a salad of cheese and pears with the addition of mayonnaise and spices - a wonderful decoration of both a casual and festive table), but also a space for imagination - you can again andagain combine differently available products at hand, or create their own variations of the already offered dishes.

Baking

We approach the most delicious - pastries. If you are not too strict a vegetarian, that is, you consume milk and eggs, then this is simply a holiday. At your service a variety of unpretentious, but elegant dishes, often with the use of greenery, fruits and berries. A good example is a cookie made of banana, oatmeal and almonds, with the addition of raisins and cinnamon. Mix all the ingredients, form and leave until cooked in the oven - lick your fingers!
