Mechanism of action
The active substance of the drug begins to exert an anti-inflammatory effect and relieves puffiness.
When applying the gel to the affected area, the inflammation decreases and platelets stick to the surface of the vascular wall.
The active substance of the drug blocks hyaluronidase and stabilizes the level of hyaluronic acid concentration. Flavonoid, which is contained in the drug, strengthens the density of the vascular wall and prevents the exudation of the liquid part of the plasma.
The indomethacin contained in the preparation stops the synthesis of prostaglandins by reverse blockade of the cyclohexane enzyme. Also, the active substances are able to prevent the aggregation of platelets.

Contraindications:

Dosage and Administration Scheme
Trocevenol in capsules is taken with food, the capsule must be swallowed whole. Multiplicity of admission is three times a day. As a supportive therapy and for the prevention of the drug is prescribed one capsule twice a day.
