  • half teaspoon of a mixture of peppers in powder;

With constant stirring, fry the spices for a few seconds, then spread the vegetables and sliced ​​into small pieces of Adyghe cheese. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the food for 5-6 minutes.

Groats are sorted, washed in several waters. Lubricate the inner walls of the clay pot with butter and start spreading the ingredients: first a layer of buckwheat, then half a serving of roasted vegetables with cheese, again buckwheat, vegetables with cheese and top with porridge. With minced meat

Products to be prepared:

  • 300 g minced meat;
  • a pair of glasses of cereals;
  • large head onion;
  • carrot root;
  • 300 g of hard cheese;
  • 3 cups of water;
  • a bunch of fresh greens;
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 35 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 45 g of butter;
  • 5 g of salt.

Rinse the croup and boil until half cooked. Leave it on the stove under the lid.

We are engaged in vegetables. The bulb is released from the husk and shredder. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. Fresh fresh herbs are washed under running water and finely chopped with a knife.

  • half a liter of boiling water;
  • 600 g of any parts of chicken( thighs, drumsticks, wings);
  • the head of onions;
  • 3 clove of garlic;
  • 35 ml of vegetable oil;
  • salt.

We sort the groats and wash it under running water. Boil buckwheat in salted water until half cooked - this will take no more than ten minutes.

Chicken thoroughly washed and drained with napkins. Lay the meat in a bowl and pickle in salt, pepper and vegetable oil for a quarter of an hour. In the meantime, we are engaged in vegetables. From the bulb remove the husks and chop into small pieces. Garlic is clean and also finely shredded.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.Lubricate the heatproof form with oil, pour garlic and onions, spread the cereals on top and pour in the water in which it was cooked, put the last layer on the chicken and on it a few small pieces of butter. Cover it with a sheet of foil and send it to a well-heated oven for about an hour. For a quarter of an hour before the end of cooking, you need to remove the foil - so the chicken will acquire a delicious golden hue.
