To prepare a dish you will need buckwheat, and necessarily the egg, the water in which we will cook it, and any vegetable oil. We proceed.
- We sort through the groats, throw away the garbage, fill it with water and cook until ready.
Important! It is necessary to prepare buckwheat in such a way that it turns out crumbly. For this, we observe the correct proportions: slightly less than two glasses of water per cup of cereals, do not add salt!
- Prepared buckwheat should be dried well. This stage is also very important for the final result. But do not be scared, because to dry the cereals do not need to do anything complicated. It must be spread out in a thin layer on a baking sheet or simply on a towel and left overnight. But you can speed up the process by sending buckwheat to the oven. Only in this case it is important to use low temperatures and open the oven door slightly. The whole process will take about two hours.
- Let's move on to making popcorn. Pour the vegetable oil in any deep dishes and warm it up properly. Just make sure it's very hot, but not boiling. We lower the portion of airy buckwheat into the deep-frying pan and catch it with a noisy immediately after it opens and floats to the surface of the oil.
- We spread the ready buckwheat popcorn on a paper towel, so that the excess fat goes away, then pour it on the dish.
Important! If the oil boils, the buckwheat will immediately burn, if its temperature is not high enough, then the porridge will simply be fried, but it will not open!

Recommendation! When cooking buckwheat popcorn in a microwave oven, it is better to use non-vegetable oil instead of vegetable oil, and creamy. It will take about 50 grams per serving. As a result, you will get a much more flavorful dish, with a gentle pleasant taste!
