If you take into account the way of making a bunch, then it can be called a casserole. It can be made from almost any grains, but more often buckwheat or mango falls in the basis. Cooked croup is combined with cottage cheese, eggs, greased on top with butter and sent to the oven. In the role of gravy, sour cream, yoghurt, condensed milk, fruit and berry puree or cheese, meat or cream sauce may act;in this case it will depend on what you make the casserole - sweet or salty.

- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- a couple tablespoons of sugar;
- 45 g of butter;
- a pair of eggs;

This buckwheat is not a dessert dish, but a complete main dish, which you can serve, for example, for lunch. For its preparation, the following ingredients are required:
- 270 g cereals;
- 270 g cottage cheese;
- 70 g of sour cream;
- milk liter;
- 2 eggs;
- tablespoon of sugar;
- the head of onions;
- 3 clove of garlic;
- 80 g of hard cheese;
- 45 g of butter;
- fresh coriander, dill, parsley;
- bacon;
- salt to taste.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. We groom the croup, wash it in several waters and spread it into boiling milk. Add sugar, salt, cook with constant stirring until cooked.
