  • 125 g of flour;

  • 4-5 g of salt.

Squash is thoroughly washed under running water and rubbed on a medium grater.

In the zucchini mass, drive in eggs, sift flour, add salt, mango and mix well, breaking all the lumps.

  • 160 g of flour;
  • 65 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 3 eggs;

  • 200 g of processed cheese;
  • 5-6 tomatoes;
  • several branches of dill;
  • 3 clove of garlic.


First we are preparing a juicy impregnation. Fused cheese is rubbed on a fine grater and mixed with mayonnaise. With garlic, we peel off the husks and cut them small and finely with a knife.   • 400 g minced meat;
  • a pair of garlic cloves;
  • 130-140 g of mayonnaise.

To prepare the dish, you must prepare the following products:

  • 90-100 g of flour;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil;
  • a couple of pinch of black pepper;
  • 5-6 g of salt;
  • a pair of garlic cloves;
  • 450-550 g of mushrooms;
  • bulb;
  • 85 g of cheese;
  • 90 ml of sour cream.
