Spilled lentils should be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator. Shelf life should not exceed 5 days.

First you need to create the necessary conditions, since germinating grains need enough heat, light and moisture. In this case, protect sprouts from direct sunlight. Optimum option will be diffused lighting.
Some germs face the problem of grain decay during germination. This can occur for a number of reasons: insufficient flushing, poor ventilation, dirty or too warm water. Take these facts into account and do not allow such errors.
- Lentils should be washed in several waters and laid in a thin layer on a tray.
- Pour the grains with water at room temperature and leave for 10 hours.
Important! Water is needed so much that its layer above the lentils is a few millimeters.
- After this time, the liquid must be drained, the seeds rinsed, discarded in a colander and allowed to drain.
- Expand on the same tray.
- Sprouts sprinkle with water, cover with linen or cotton cloth and leave for another 24 hours in a cool place with diffused lighting.
- Every 8 hours, the seeds must be rinsed.
- Pulled lentils into a jar and cover with a cloth.
Important! If you want to get more germinated grains, they can be left for another couple of days, periodically rinsing and sprinkling with water. Rinse should be done with caution by means of a colander so as not to damage young shoots.
