Foods and dishes that are allowed to eat include meat and fish dishes from low-fat meat and fish, low-fat herring, mild cheeses, fish soup, meat broth. Also, you can add soups to the foods listed above, which are cooked on meat and fish broths, spicy sauces, strong vegetable fats, sour tomato gravies, black caviar, spices in small quantities, butter, sour cream, cream, kefir, acidophilus milk, vegetableoil, eggs, greens, vegetables and fruits in cooked and wiped form. From drinks you can use tea, coffee and cocoa. The bread is white or gray, and also biscuits. Salt is added only in physiologically acceptable limits.
Food should only be eaten in a puree, mush or finely chopped form.
In large quantities, vitamins are added to the food. Vitamins should only be in the form of raw vegetables, fruit and berry juices, as well as broth of rose hips.
The chemical composition of the diet: the amount of protein consumed is about 100-120 g, the amount of consumed fat is about 100 - 120 g, the amount of carbohydrates consumed is about 400 - 450 g, the calories are 3000-3500.
