You can take the berry fresh, or collected in the past season and stored in the freezer. In the first case, the cranberries should be well washed, all inclusions and twigs removed, in the second one, you should wait, when the red "beads" a little thaw. You get a lot of juice and pomace, now you need to filter everything either through several layers of gauze, or through a sieve or a small colander. We put the juice separately, then put the cake again in a saucepan or a cup.

A glass of boiling water should be combined with two spoons of gelatin. You do not throw out the cake, but fill it with warm boiled water - ½ liter. We put on the fire, after boiling, we languish 7-10 minutes. Next, the cake is filtered after it has cooled slightly. And now combine with granulated sugar and again pour into a saucepan and on the stove on a very weak fire. With constant stirring, combine the broth and fresh juice, bring to a boil and pour in the swollen gelatin, we languish all the time and ready. We pour into beautiful violets or molds that are at home, let it cool down and set in the cold until the moment of solidification.
