All meals should be served in the form of a mashed gruel with mandatory restriction of consumption of table salt. Meals should be frequent at regular intervals. The diet also allows the use of low-fat products such as boiled meat and fish, vegetable broths, liquid cereals, grated fresh carrots, protein omelet, baked fruit or fruit in the form of puree. This diet increases the risk of constipation because of the low fiber content in the diet, which can have a negative impact on the patient's condition.
