Simple squash potatoes
The classic recipe for potato pancakes consists of the following products:
- half a kilo of zucchini;

- 80-90 g of flour;
- 5-6 g of salt;

- 3-4 stems of fresh herbs;
- 65-70 ml of vegetable oil.

With potatoes
Pancakes from zucchini and potatoes are also quite tasty and hearty. For them you will need such products:
- 550-600 g of zucchini;
- 500-520 g of potatoes;
- a pair of eggs;
- small bulb;
- 65-70 g of flour;
- 1 g ground pepper;
- 4-5 g of salt.
Thoroughly wash the vegetables and peel. If necessary, remove the seeds from zucchini. Bulb, potatoes and zucchini rubbed on a grater. We put the mass in a colander and wait for the excess fluid to leave. Squeeze hands, then return to the bowl.

- egg;

- 3-4 g of salt.
We clean our main ingredient from the peel, grate it and remove the juice. We introduce into the mass of starch, egg, season with basil, pepper, salt to taste. We mix everything thoroughly and put it on the hot pan in small portions. After one side is browned, carefully turn the pancakes with a silicone spatula and cook for about two minutes. With semolina

Rub the main ingredient on the grater and leave in a colander for a quarter of an hour. After the excess liquid leaves the mass, we add to it whipped eggs and chopped greens. The semolina is calcined in a dry frying pan for a few seconds and is also introduced into the dough. Leave it for ten minutes.
