  • water - 500 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 1 kg.

You need to take the flowers for this recipe from the leaves, then rinse them and dry them on a towel or napkins. At this time we begin to prepare the syrup - first you need to boil the water, then fall asleep with our sugar. The syrup should acquire a viscous consistency, this is approximately 15 minutes with stirring. Now we pour the lime color, ripen acid or pour fresh juice and cook for 10-20 minutes.

When the broth is ready, it is filtered through a sieve or gauze, so that everything merges. As a rule, there are approximately 200-230 ml of this fake broth, we pour in it as much sugar and lemon juice of lemon filtered through a sieve. Then put the golden broth on a slow fire, after boiling, cook for 20 minutes or more, focusing on your taste for consistency. Jam from the flowers of linden is poured into sterile jars, covered with iron lids, turned over, wrapped with a towel.
