Exercise 1

First you need to focus your gaze in front of you on one point, then raise your right hand finger and put it in front of you at a distance of 30 cm from the tip of the nose.

Look at your finger for 5 seconds and lower your hand. Repeat this motion the required number of times.

Exercise 2

Pull the left hand out to the full length in front of you and bend the fist, leaving only the index finger free, then slowly begin to approach it to the tip of the nose.

Exercise 3
