Scandinibsa( Scandinibsa) is a local anesthetic that is used in dental surgery.

Form release and formulation

Antiseptic released as a solution, soldin the cartridges. The cartridges are made of dark, transparent plastic, the label is on top.

One package contains 10 cartridges, in a honeycomb package, they are hermetically sealed.

Milliliter of antiseptic contains 30 milligrams of the main active substance mepivacaine. One cartridge contains 1.8 ml of solution.

Pharmacological properties

• liver disease in history;
• kidney failure.

Use with caution the solution when:

• shifts the acid-base balance towards acidity - with acidosis;
• in children and the elderly;
• heart problems;
• chronic diseases of different types;
• of hyperkalemia;
• pregnancy and lactation.

The amount of the drug administered per visit to the dentist should not exceed:

• 5.4 ml( or 3 cartridges) to children weighing more than 30 kg and adults.
• 3.6 ml( or 2 cartridges) for children weighing 20 to 30 kilograms.
• 1.8 ml( or one cartridge) for children weighing less than 20 kg.

Maximum: 4 mg per kilogram of weight, but not more than 320 milligrams.

Special instructions for the use of anesthetic

Use the drug only under the supervision of a specialist in a medical facility. You can take food after restoring sensitivity.

Possible Adverse Reactions

In case of individual intolerance to the active substance of the solution, the following negative reactions are possible:
