The second variant of the orange diet
This version of the diet is more severe and heavy, but you can also drop it on it more.

In the second week, every day you need to eat the same kilogram of oranges and any amount of porridge boiled on water, without salt and sugar. Kasha can be cooked from any cereal, but it is better to give preference to buckwheat.
The daily menu of the third week is again a kilogram of oranges, plus any other fruits and vegetables in unlimited quantities.
