In case of non-observance of the operating conditions or physical injury resulting in the detachment of the implant, the guarantee for restoration of the structure does not apply.
When the obligations set by the clinic do not apply
Warranties for the services provided by dental organizations may be partially or completely canceled in the following cases:
- failure to follow the doctor's recommendations on oral hygiene;
- untimely message to the attending physicians about the complications that have arisen;
- refusal of the patient in the prescribed hardware examination and the established treatment plan;
- existing changes in gum tissue caused by diseases periodontium;
- the occurrence of diseases and the associated long-term use of drugs that negatively affect the condition of the gums and teeth;
- correction of poor quality treatment performed in other hospitals.
Dental clinics' warranties usually do not apply to the fixation of decorative ornaments, enamel whitening and treatment milk teeth.
Carrying out therapy at a high level does not cause discomfort or painful sensations, does not lead to negative changes in the state of health.
In the event of adverse effects of therapy, disputes between the patient and the doctor, are resolved in the working order or when applying to the courts in accordance with the current legislation.
