How to knead the material?

How is the drug used?

When a tooth is renewed after the destruction of bone tissue and the restoration of perforation in the tooth system:

1. To apply cofferdam, carry out a thorough cleaning of the canal from unnecessary objects, such as sawdust, using special tools for treating the space in the root of the tooth and regularly spraying it with a liquid containing hydrochloride sodium.

9. Place a swab moistened with water into the formed canal in the tooth and fill it with materials for restoration work for a period of four hours or more.
10. As soon as the period of four hours has passed, or during the next lesson, using a rubber dam, inspect the Prorut material. He is obliged to harden to the required state. If the composition does not harden, wash the material and reapply it.
11. If the mixture hardens successfully, treat the rest of the cavity. The drug Prorut should become a permanent filling in place of the defective area of ​​the tooth.

You can use the ultrasonic nozzle to apply the material at medium power. Spraying with a solution in this case is not necessary.

Filling of the upper part of the tooth canal

The filling steps include the following:

1. Apply a rubber dam, thoroughly cleanse the canal from sawdust and half-life products, applying special tools for treating the space in the root and regularly spraying it with a liquid containing sodium hydrochloride.
2. Conduct ultrasound treatment of the damaged cavity up to the first grade.
3. Dry the damaged area of ​​the tooth with special paper swabs and install in the damaged area.
4. Carry out canal treatment in the nearest area from the detected defect.
5. Prepare the Prorut material in accordance with the instructions for use.
6. Using a special dispenser probe for placing the hole from the supplied kit, insert the hole into the area of ​​the detected defect. Use a small plunger to tamp the material into the damaged area, as well as use paper and cotton swabs.
7. Make sure the drug has been placed correctly. An X-ray photograph will help to make sure that the Prorut is placed correctly. If it was not possible to create a durable barrier from the material, it must be washed with liquid from the damaged area and repeated application attempt.

Recovery of resorption

The procedure includes the following stages:

1. Using a rubber dam, finish the work in the cavity using burs at high speed while constantly wetting with water.
2. Install the seal temporarily.
3. After a week from the day of the operation, extract CaOH from the tooth, carry out the necessary processing.
4. Rinse the cavity and the surrounding area with a 5% sodium hydrochloride solution. If bleeding occurs, it must be controlled with a sterile-treated cotton swabny solution.
5. Carry out Pro Root preparation in accordance with the instructions in the instructions.
6. Taking a miniature applicator with a ball-shaped nozzle, apply a small amount of the mixture to the exposed area.
7. Drain excess moisture in the work area with cotton wool.
8. Knead.
9. Using the supplied probe, apply the drug to the operated area.
10. Check the correct placement using an X-ray.
11. Fill the cavity and place a tampon on it.
12. During the subsequent procedure, check the degree of solidification. If it is not completely frozen, clear the channel from it and re-apply.

Creation of a pulp barrier

To create a reliable pulp barrier, you need to adhere to the following rules:

1. Using a rubber dam, finish the work in the tooth cavity using burs at high speeds with continuous wetting with water.
2. If caries has been found, it should be removed using a rounded bur at low speeds, or it should be removed manually using appropriate instruments.
3. Rinse the cavity and the surrounding area with a 5% sodium hydrochloride solution. If bleeding occurs, it must be controlled with a cotton swab treated with a sterile solution.
4. Prepare the Prut in accordance with the instructions in the instructions.
5. Taking a miniature applicator with a ball-shaped nozzle, apply a small amount of the drug Prorut to the exposed area.
6. Drain excess moisture in the work area with cotton wool.
7. Apply the cushioning material, creating a coating for the drug, and polymerize in accordance with the prescription of the instructions for it.
8. Etch the rest of the treated area with 37% phosphoric acid solution for fifteen seconds. Then carefully treat the etched area.
9. Drain the cavity as gently and gently as possible, the dentin should remain slightly damp. Then carry out polymerization.
10. The restoration work is being completed with the application of a Spectrum type composite, or use any analogue that is suitable in terms of parameters.
11. At the next visit, the patient is assessed the condition of the pulp. The regularity of checking its condition and viability should be carried out every three months, monitoring its condition using data obtained from X-rays.

Notes on use

Lack or excess of fluid reduces the strength characteristics of the cementing element. The material goes through a curing cycle in four hours, but the time of its use in work does not exceed five minutes. If you need more time to work, you should cover the mixed preparation with gauze, preventing moisture from leaving the treated area.
