Ftorax: plastic for the manufacture of prostheses

In the process of working with them, liquid and powder are mixed, after which they are heated to solidify the mixture. Ftorax is based on acrylic polymers containing fluorine.

The powder is divided into two bags, the liquid is placed in a bottle. They are accompanied by instructions for safe and correct use.

Prepare the plastic before using it. For this, the required amount of powder and liquid is measured. Correct proportion: 2 parts powder and 1 part liquid.

The required shape can be given within 20 minutes, after which it is necessary to proceed to polymerization. The products are placed in a dental flask and placed in a water bath.

The water temperature should be raised gradually. The duration of the polymerization process is half an hour. You can take out the product only after it has cooled down.
