Everyone knows that teeth need calcium, fluorine and phosphorus. These basic components are responsible for the beauty of the teeth. We will analyze in detail which products contain these elements and how best to combine them.

Calcium

Calcium is 2/3 of the tooth, is involved in metabolic processes, hematopoiesis, vascular strengthening, which has a beneficial effect on the beauty of the teeth. Of products containing calcium in large quantities, we can distinguish:

  • milk and dairy products: sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese;

Together with calcium it is necessary to use vitamin D, because without it calcium is not absorbed. It is found in the following foods: fatty fish, beef liver or pork, vegetable oil, yolk eggs, butter, parsley, yogurt.

Fluoride

This element is involved in mineral metabolism, as well as penetrates into the microcracks of the tooth enamel, smooths them, preventing destruction. It is a powerful antiseptic and prevents the formation of plaque and tartar. Fluoride contains the following products:

  • buckwheat, oatmeal, rice;
  • green and black tea;
  • meat, seafood, eggs, milk;
  • walnuts;
  • salad.

Phosphorus

Participates in the formation of bone tissue and together with calcium is a component of the enamel, giving it strength. Foods rich in phosphorus:

  • fish are marine;
  • cream cheese, cottage cheese;
  • shrimps, crabs.

To meet the daily norm of the organism in these microelements, you need to include a lot of fruits and vegetables every day in your diet, preferably in raw form. For breakfast and a snack, eat cereals with butter and milk and at least twice a week to cook fish for lunch. To fish and meat you can make different sauces from yogurt and sour cream. Salads fill with sunflower or sesame oil and add nuts to them. And drink 2 liters of water a day.

But too rigid diets will harm not only the teeth, but the whole body.
