  3. With hot syrup we fill the berries.
  4. We cover the jars with metal lids and set them in hot water to be sterilized( approximately 20 minutes).
  5. After sterilization the compote is rolled up, turned over and wrapped up with something warm.
  6. In winter, diluted with water and adding sugar, from this billet you can make an even larger volume of compote.
