- Fourth day.
- Lunch: a salad of a hundred grams of pineapple, a hundred grams fried on a chicken grill, three slices of orange, two tablespoons of green peas, seasoned with a small amount of light mayonnaise.
- Dinner: 100 grams of pineapple, vegetable soup with celery. The fifth day.
- Lunch: puff pasty with pineapple filling( 150 grams).
- Dinner: boiled rice( from 2 tablespoons of dry cereals) and 100 grams of pineapple.
