Two servings will be needed:

  • blackberry mushroom - 200-250 g;
  • lentils - 200 g;
  • butter - a couple of tablespoons;
  • chicken fillet - 100-150 g;
  • cream - 150 ml;
  • soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • flour - a third of a teaspoon;
  • rosemary, parsley, ground pepper.

Lentil is washed several times, poured in water in a ratio of 1: 2 and cook for half an hour.



In a frying pan, we make a tablespoon of butter and fry the mushrooms on it, which if necessary pre-cook a little. In another pan, we also heat the butter and brown it with chopped chicken fillets. When the meat is covered with an appetizing crust, we add mushrooms to it, half a serving of cream, soy sauce, a sprig of rosemary, pepper. We mix everything, close the lid and leave it for seven minutes.

In the rest of the cream, add flour and mix thoroughly. Pour the creamy-flour mixture into the pan and with constant stirring prepare for a few minutes. When the mixture is thick enough, we remove everything from the plate.
