  • half a kilo of tomatoes,
  • 2-3 bulbs,
  • 5 pieces of carrots,

For marinade:

  • tomatoes, about a kilogram,
  • laurel,
  • 4 tbsp.sugar,
  • 2 tbsp.salt,
  • ground pepper,
  • 2 tbsp.vinegar.

How to Cook:

  1. On the side of the base of tomatoes we cut off the bonnet, carefully take out the whole pulp with a spoon, so that the tomato walls after this manipulation do not become too thin.
  2. Cut and fry onion until lightly blush.
  3. Finely shred the root of parsley, carrots, attach all the products to the onion and simmer until cooked.
  4. Add a little water, just enough so that the vegetables are not burnt.
  5. Lastly, add the green parsley.
  6. With all this splendor we stuff tomatoes and put them in a container.
  7. Cook the marinade. To make it the right consistency, remove the peel from the tomatoes and then grind them in a blender. Boil the resulting mass of 15-20 minutes, put the rest of the ingredients and stew for about 10 minutes.

Tomatoes in tomato juice

You will need:

  • 5 kg of tomatoes,
  • approximately 1.5 kg of carrots,
  • 1 kg of onion,
  • 1,5 l of tomato juice,
  • 4 tbsp.refined vegetable oil,
  • salt,
  • any greens.

How to cook:

  1. Carefully cut off the bases of tomatoes, remove the pulp with a spoon.
  2. Shink carrots, rings, or half rings, cut the onions, put them in a frying pan and fry until they lightly blanch.
  3. At the very end, add the greens, mix everything and get our tomatoes stuffed with minced meat.
  4. Put the resulting tomatoes in sterilized jars, pour freshly boiled tomato juice, sterilize for about an hour.

Green instead of red

For 3 liters of snacks will be needed:

  • 2 kg of unripe tomatoes,
  • 1 whole garlic head,
  • 2 pieces of bell pepper,
  • a quarter of a pepper pod,
  • a few lavras,
  • leaf and horseradish root,
  • 1 onion,
  • any greens to your liking.

For the marinade it will be necessary: ​​

  • 2 tbsp.salt,
  • 4 tbsp.sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

How to cook:

  1. We cut tomatoes in half, but not to the end.
  2. Grind our garlic and herbs.
  3. Inside each of the fetuses lay a pair of plates of garlic and a pinch of greens.
  4. After laying out the first layer of tomatoes, lay out all the other ingredients already sliced ​​directly on them.
  5. Then alternate: a layer of tomatoes, a layer of vegetables and spices, again a layer of tomatoes, etc., until the pot is filled.
  6. After that, all the contents are poured with a freshly boiled marinade, sterilized for a quarter of an hour and then rolled up.
  7. We leave it under the fur coat until the morning, and then we clean it in the cold.

You will need:

  • 2 kg of tomatoes,
  • 3 whole heads of garlic,
  • whole bitter pepper,
  • bunch of parsley,
  • pepper black peas,

For brine:

  • 2 tbsp.salt,
  • 1 tbsp.vinegar.

How to Cook:

  1. Grind garlic mixed with chopped hot pepper along with the seeds, giving sharpness.
  2. We cut each tomato in the middle, without bringing the matter to the end, open it, one of the sides is released from the pulp, we stuff the slice with a mixture of pepper and garlic and close the other half.
  3. The same operation is done with each tomato.
  4. We put enough tomatoes in a prepared dish, we also send parsley, spices.
  5. Then we prepare brine, pour tomatoes into it, pour in the last turn vinegar and roll.
  6. Until the morning, the banks need to turn over and cover with a fur coat.
