3 - 10 days of the diet.

  • Before lunch, we do everything the same as on Saturday: we drink water, then cocoa, then water again.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of cottage cheese, in which you can add up to 125 grams of any fresh or canned fruit or 2 tablespoons of dried fruits, previously soaked in cold water for an hour, you can add another tablespoon of honey.
  • After 2 hours after dinner: 2 medium apples or a handful of dried fruits, after another 2 hours - a drink from a glass of water, freshly squeezed juice of one lemon and a teaspoon of honey.
  • Dinner: 200 grams of lean fish or chicken, up to 300 grams of vegetables, boiled or steamed, you can with lemon juice.

Recommendations

  • Vegetables for the diet are recommended to use the following: zucchini, eggplant, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, and other green, non-starchy.
  • For lunch and dinner dishes can be sprinkled with herbs, in any reasonable amount, it can also be added to the broth while preparing it.
