Angel Diet

Day 7

During the first six days of the second week, we repeat the first six days of the first week, and you can in any order. On the seventh day of the second week you can eat anything, but moderately.

Recommendations for the use of the Angel Diets

During the diet, you must adhere to the following rules:

  • Products, the amount of which is not indicated in the description of the diet, you can eat at least how much, but, of course, not overeating.
  • During the diet, you can drink as much as you want simple and mineral( without gas) water, but not immediately after eating, and after an hour and a half. Any other drinks, except water and listed in the diet menu, are prohibited.
