However, it is relatively easy to transfer, since the portion size is in most cases unlimited, and the products that make up its diet are quite diverse. In addition, the dishes from them can be cooked very different.

The Maggi Diet, which is also called a four-week egg diet, does not require the counting of calories and even their tight restriction. Its main principle is the normalization of metabolic processes in the body, taking into account the chemical reactions taking place in it. That is why it is so important to strictly adhere to the diet prescribed by the diet: you can not change the set of foods or the order of their use. And if you eat something forbidden, the diet will have to start again.

Due to the fact that the diet of Maggi includes meat and eggs, vegetables and fruits, it is suitable for people of all ages and has virtually no contraindications. And to lose for a month of a diet it is possible from 10 to 28 kg, depending on initial weight. With an insignificant excess weight the volumes that spoil the figure go well. Recommendations for the use of the diet

  • During the diet, you need to drink a lot of liquid. You can drink coffee and tea( including herbal tea) without adding sugar and even a few dietary soft drinks( unless, of course, these drinks are contraindicated to you because of some diseases).
  • When cooking, it is strictly forbidden to use grease and oil. But salt and various seasonings, onions and garlic are allowed in moderation.
  • If between meals you feel unbearable hunger, you can eat a cucumber or carrots.
  • If the menu does not specify a specific number of products, then the portion size in this meal is not limited.
  • If the salad contains specific vegetables, they can be eaten individually or mixed, with a small amount of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
  • Do not be frightened by the large number of eggs entering the diet of the diet. Cholesterol in the blood, they will not add to you, if you eat them boiled or fried, but without fat and oil.
  • Do not replace meat with chicken, and vice versa! These are different products, and you need exactly what is written in the menu! Meat should be eaten lean, and cook chicken and eat without skin. Cooking meat, chicken and fish can be variously: boil, bake, steamed, grind them into minced meat or cook whole pieces. You can add spices, onions, garlic. But do not use oil and grease.
  • Allowed any fruit, except the sweetest: mango, fig, dates, grapes and bananas. The second week of

dinner - 2 eggs, grapefruit.

Saturday and Sunday: some kind of fruit.

FOURTH WEEK

These products can be distributed in any order for the whole day.

Saturday:
small portion of cottage cheese,
2 boiled chicken breasts,

yogurt,
grapefruit.

Sunday:
can of canned tuna,
2 tomatoes,
2 cucumber,
1 tbsp.cottage cheese,
1 grapefruit.

Fifth week( fixing)

Daily breakfast: orange or half grapefruit, 1-2 eggs.

Monday:
lunch - 2 eggs, tomato;
dinner - 2 eggs, any boiled vegetables, grapefruit.

Tuesday:
lunch - grapefruit and 2 eggs;
dinner - boiled or roasted meat, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, celery.

Wednesday:
lunch - spinach, 2 eggs;
dinner - 2 eggs, a salad of vegetables, cottage cheese.

Thursday:
lunch - spinach, 2 eggs;
dinner - boiled or fried fish, any boiled vegetables.

Friday:
lunch - spinach and 2 eggs;
dinner - fish, any boiled vegetables.

Saturday:
dinner - fruit salad;
dinner - boiled or roasted meat, vegetable salad.

After the diet is completed, you must observe moderation in food, especially high in calories: oily and sweet, for several months after the completion of the diet.
