But you have to define your most important spheres, and they may not coincide with the example that I brought.

Young people who are not connected by marriage probably will add to this list "Love" or "Personal life" because the family for them is mother-father-sisters-brothers-grandparents.
Those who have a hobby, for example, do not represent their life without knitting or fishing, will also want to bring it into the wheel of life balance.

Drawing the wheel balance of life
My wheel balance of life consists of 7 spheres: health, family, love, career, finance, personal development, recreation.
You see on the example of the given template that each sector is divided into seven divisions.

I do sports, try to eat right, do not have bad habits, drink enough water, I do not have chronic diseases, that is - I pay enough attention to health.
I painted over 6 sections.

Since I'm not yet married, my family is parents and brother.
I have full mutual understanding with them, but due to the heavy workload, I do not spend too much time with them.
In addition, I would like us to understand the meaning of the phrase "family vacation".
Painted four sections.

Love.
Again, due to a catastrophic lack of time, I do not spend much time in my personal life.
While I have this sector took three divisions.

Career.
I always knew that for me career growth is very important, so I will be spending a lot of time and energy on my work.
From the planned plan, I did not retreat a step, achieved, as for me, quite good successes, so I dared to paint six divisions.

Money is such a thing, which is always missing.

A full weekend, 8 mandatory hours of sleep - it's all in dreams.
