What will be needed:

  • 1 kilogram of sea-buckthorn;
  • 800 grams of sugar;
  • 200 grams of apple juice with pulp.

How to cook:

  1. Berries to sort, wash and blanch for 2-3 minutes, not more.
  2. When they cool, wipe them through a sieve.
  3. Add the sugar to the resulting mass, stir well and leave for a few hours until the jelly effect is obtained.
  4. Then pour the apple juice and cook for a quarter of an hour. It is important not to let the contents boil in a saucepan.
  5. Expand ready jam on the banks, pasteurize, roll up.

  • 5 kilos of sea-buckthorn;
  • 1.5 kilograms of sugar;
  • 2 liters of water.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the berries, blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. When they cool down a bit, wipe through a sieve, add hot sugar syrup, pour over jars, pasteurize and roll them up immediately.
  3. Store in a dark, cool place.
