  • 1 kilogram of sea-buckthorn;
  • 800 grams of sugar;
  • 200 grams of apple juice with pulp.

How to cook:

How to cook:

  • 2 liters of water.

How to cook:

What is required:

  • 150 ml of water.

How to cook:

  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

  • 5 kilos of sea-buckthorn;
  • 1.5 kilograms of sugar;
  • 2 liters of water.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the berries, blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. When they cool down a bit, wipe through a sieve, add hot sugar syrup, pour over jars, pasteurize and roll them up immediately.
  3. Store in a dark, cool place.
