The displacement of the vertebrae and the formation of growths on them causes pains of different localization. As a result of chondrosis there is soreness in the region of the heart and hands, dizziness, and over time, unpleasant sensations are exacerbated and lead to the development of serious diseases. For therapy and prevention of osteochondrosis, exercise therapy is performed.
Gymnastics for cervical osteochondrosis
In case of neck disease, fibrous and bone tissue grows, vertebrae are displaced, arteries are displaced, which stimulates the development of other pathologies: vertebrae protrusion, cerebral ischemia, etc. Initiate therapeutic procedures after the doctor confirms the diagnosis. Only a qualified specialist is able to determine the cause of the disease and choose appropriate methods of treatment.
Since the stimulation of the osteochondrosis of the cervical spine is capable of various factors( hormonal, mechanical, vascular), the treatment may differ and include different techniques. The main goals of therapy of pathology are the elimination of pain and inflammation. An irreplaceable measure of traditional and traditional medicine is therapeutic exercises with cervical osteochondrosis.
The use of exercise therapy

Exercises for the cervical spine
To speed up the healing process, exercise therapy is performed with osteochondrosis of the cervical spine. Through special simple exercises, the mobility of the vertebrae is restored. However, one therapeutic gymnastics for the treatment of osteochondrosis of the neck is sometimes not enough, so the doctor can prescribe concurrent intake of medications and the implementation of physiological procedures or even surgery. The earlier you start doing exercise therapy, the more chances to cure the disease without surgery.
Static gymnastics
The feature of statistical physical education is the maximum muscle tension, due to which the effect on the vertebrae occurs. The set of exercises proposed below is recommended for people who have osteochondrosis of the cervical spine. Through physical education, you can increase the flexibility of the neck, activate the blood circulation of the spine, restore damaged nerve tissue.
- Sit on a hard surface, level your back, stretch your neck and turn your head to the right. Exhaling, slowly lower your head, as if trying to look behind your back down. On inhalation, relax and return the body to its initial position. Repeat also to the left( only 7-8 times).
- Stand up straight, raise your hands above the crown, bend your elbows and spread the brushes around. Try to stretch your back while blading your shoulder blades. Hold the muscles tight for 3-5 seconds. Do 6-7 approaches.
- Sit flat, strive to touch the chin of your chest. Palms should be pressed on the back of the head, and the neck should resist movement. Be in a static voltage of 8-10 seconds, then you can relax, clasping your fingers on your forehead and loosening your neck. Repeat the exercise from osteochondrosis three times.
- Sow straight, tense your neck and, applying effort, make the head tilt to the left, trying to touch the ear to the shoulder. On inspiration, take the original position, then repeat the movement in the opposite direction. Tilt the head backward, holding this position for 3 seconds. On exhalation, head your head forward, remaining immovable as much. Relax and repeat the exercise in all directions three more times.
Dynamic exercises
Physiotherapy includes dynamic exercises for cervical osteochondrosis. For their fulfillment, the alternating tension and relaxation of the muscle fibers are characteristic. Physiotherapy for osteochondrosis of the cervical spine involves performing such exercises:

- Lie on your stomach, squeeze your back on inspiration and lift your hands up as high as possible. In this case, you need to look at the brush. After 5 seconds, return the body to its original position, relax the muscles and make 5 more approaches. If painful sensations arise during the exercise, stop exercising.
- Stand straight, hands forward. Alternately, bred them in different directions and reduce, holding the cervical spine tight, and the back - even. Repeat 10 times.
- In a sitting or standing position, slowly turn the head to the sides, lingering at the extreme point for a couple of seconds. Make 10 turns.
Charge for osteochondrosis
Physiotherapy for osteochondrosis of the cervical region requires regular implementation, otherwise you will not see the expected therapeutic effect. Start with charging for the neck each day. Gymnastics for osteochondrosis is performed in the morning so that during the day the patient does not experience discomfort associated with the neck. - Bend your knees, pressing them to the chest. Begin to reach forehead to the knees. Proceed as described 10 times.
With the regular execution of the described exercise therapy, it is possible to eliminate the initial degree of instability of the vertebrae, to prevent the development of the disease and its aggravation. The only contraindication to exercise is stretching the neck. To avoid negative consequences, do physical education neatly, avoiding sudden movements, otherwise you can aggravate your condition. The complex of exercises is recommended to be agreed with the doctor.
