How to cook pasta nests with minced meat

To prepare the nest with minced meat, you must first boil the vermicelli. To do this, it is better to use a pan with a wide bottom or a frying pan with high walls. Spread the pasta on the bottom of the dishes so that between them there are at least small gaps. After the noodles are poured with boiling water, so that the water completely covers it. When the liquid boils, it should be salted and poured into the water with a spoonful of olive oil. Cooking nests of pasta is on a slow fire under the lid. - onion - 1 piece;
- minced pork - 400-500 g;
- spices, salt;
- fresh tomato;
- cheese is solid - 100 g;
- sour cream of medium fat content - 2 tbsp.l.;
- ketchup / tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.;
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.l.;
- greens.
How to cook pasta nests with minced meat:
- Prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream, spices, ketchup and salt.
- Finely chop the onion, add to the stuffing. Season the meat stuffing with spices, add salt.
- Form small meatballs up to 1 cm thick.
- Spread the spaghetti on a pre-greased pan.
- Lubricate the sauce with prepared vermicelli to prevent drying. Leave a small amount of gravy for later.
- Place the meatballs in the middle of the nests.
- Cut tomato mugs, place on top of the meat filling.
- In the rest of the sauce slowly add water( not more than 50-70 ml), to get a liquid sauce. Gently, do not touch the bundles of spaghetti, pour the resulting liquid into the pan.
- Place the baking tray in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. After 20-30 minutes, sprinkle it with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
- Leave the baking sheet in the oven for another 5 minutes, after the dish is ready to serve.
If you need to quickly prepare a delicious and unusual dinner - try to make stuffed nests of spaghetti. To do this, you need the following products:
- vermicelli capellini - 1 pack;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- carrot;
- stuffing any - 250-300 g;
- 20% cream - 4 tbsp.l.;
- tomato sauce / paste - 2-3 tablespoons;
- spices, salt - to taste.
Cooking process:
- Put in a deep large pan of a capellini.
- To the ground meat, add finely shredded 1 onion, salt, spices. Stir the ingredients thoroughly.
- The resulting mass stuff the circles from the vermicelli.
- Rub on the grated carrot, the remaining onions. Sprinkle with vegetables the contents of the frying pan.
- Mix tomato sauce, cream, salt, spices.
