  3. Diagonals. Raise your eyes to the right-up, then slowly move them to the left and down. After that, blink and make the reverse diagonal. Repeat five times to improve vision.

Gymnastics for the eyes with shortsightedness

To restore the Zhdanov method of vision brought fruit in the treatment of myopia, one must carefully prepare. To do this, find a special picture of the classic Sivtsev table for a standard vision test and print it in two formats: A2( 60x42 cm) and A6( 10.5x14.8 cm).Correct application of gymnastics for eyes on Zhdanov at short-sightedness:

  8. Repeat steps 4-5 with the second line.
  9. Do the same with the other eye.

When working with a computer

  1. Sit comfortably at the table and place your elbows on a hard surface.
  2. Rub hands, tightly pressing them together.
  3. Close eyelids, without much effort, press them to the face to close their eyes, but not the nose.
  4. Do not let light penetrate your fingers.
  5. Hold this position for a few minutes.
  6. Repeat at least five times.

With farsightedness

  1. Squeezing your right hand, pull your finger( index or large).
  2. Bring your hand to your face so that your finger is at eye level.
  3. Focus the view on any distant object and hold until the end of the workout.
  4. Quickly move your finger in different directions.
  5. Alternately, take your hand 20 centimeters left and right, returning it to its original position after a couple of seconds.
  6. Repeat the procedure six times within a few minutes.
