We all know about the dangers of carcinogens, they are formed when cooking cereals or dairy products. Irradiated proteins break, mixing with water molecules, form carcinogens. Moreover, artificial baby food after a microwave oven becomes toxic, causing huge damage to the kidneys and the nervous system of the child.

Another danger: finding near the microwave oven during operation. Most often, by heating food, we are near the microwave, counting the seconds. It turns out that this is very harmful to our health. Nerve brain impulses are disturbed. The structure of the blood changes. Cell membranes are deformed, nerve endings degenerate.

In light of these facts, it can be said that microwave ovens are not safe and are harmful to health. However, from an occasional short-term exposure, within a few seconds or minutes, there will be no great, irreparable damage. But it is better to avoid prolonged cooking in the microwave oven.
