Cooking buckwheat jelly
There is nothing difficult to prepare a buckwheat jelly. All you need is flour from the core, pure water and a saucepan. If there is no flour, then you can prepare it yourself: wash the cereal, dry it on a paper towel and grind it in a coffee grinder.
Recommendation! The most useful is jelly not from brown - roasted buckwheat, namely from green. This product is "alive" and has a powerful healing effect. However, not every green buckwheat will be "alive".And to check its quality, a few seeds need to try to germinate!
So, prepare the buckwheat jelly:
- take 3-4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour and dilute in a glass of water, mix everything thoroughly;
- put a saucepan on fire, pour a liter of water and bring it to a boil;
- after water boils, we introduce a thin trickle diluted in a glass of flour;
- with constant stirring, cook on low heat, kissel for a couple of minutes;
- remove the stewpan from the stove and let the drink cool.
Note! Do not need to cook kissel for a long time. The shorter the time of thermal exposure, the more useful the drink will become!
As a result, you will have a fairly large portion of the drink, which will last for several days. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of natural liquid honey to it.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that in buckwheat there is much less of starchy substances, rather than, for example, in potatoes. Therefore, the consistency of the drink will not look like jelly per se. It will be much more liquid and not so viscous, to which we are all used since childhood. When cooking, you need to pay attention only to the fact that the mass is just a little thickened, no more.
Rules for admission
Take buckwheat kisel twice a day - in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast and in the evening half an hour before dinner. A single portion can be from 120 to 150 ml - about half a glass or slightly more.
Buckwheat, which remained after consumption, can be stored in the main compartment of the refrigerator. But it is better to brew a fresh drink every day - it will have the maximum benefit. The number of ingredients for a one-day portion is easy to calculate - it's about a tablespoon of flour for 150 ml of water, diluted in a small amount of boiling water.
The duration of the course is two months. Then follows a 30-day break and, if necessary, treatment is repeated. In this case, you need to focus on general health.
Using jelly from buckwheat flour, you cleanse your body of toxins, slags, take care of the condition of the vessels and help the liver function better. In addition, this drink will contribute to improving metabolic processes and will have a positive effect on the body as a whole.
