Zucchini are widely used in diet for weight loss. And this is not surprising, because the calorific value of the zucchini is only about 25 kcal per 100 grams, and at the same time it is a real storehouse of vitamins, microelements and other nutrients.
There is also a special zucchini diet, which will be discussed. The duration of it can be from 6 to 20 days, it depends on the goals that you set for yourself, and on your health during the diet. For every day of the diet at the zucchini leaves about half a kilogram.
Diet of zucchini diet
Each meal has 2 options, you can choose any of them for each day. It is advisable only not to use the same option for more than 2 days in a row.
Breakfast
1 option. Squash casserole. Kilogram zucchini grate on a grater, add 3 tablespoons of rye flour, 1 egg, greens, mix well and place in a slightly greased with vegetable oil form. Bake in the oven.
2 option. Pancakes from courgettes. Grate zucchini on a grater, squeeze a little from the juice, add 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of fructose powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir and fry the fritters on a small amount of vegetable oil.
The second breakfast
1 option. Vegetable salad. A small zucchini( preferably zucchini), carrots, cut cucumber strips, season with natural unsweetened yogurt.
2 option. Vegetable salad. Zucchini cut with long straws, season with vegetable oil, add any greens and lemon juice.
Lunch
1 option. On the first: vegetable soup.1 carrot, 2 bell peppers and celery stalk cut into cubes, pour a half liters of boiling water. Cook for 20 minutes. Salt some, pepper, sprinkle with herbs. On the second: boiled turkey( 100-150 grams), greens.
2 option. Fish with vegetables.200 grams of fillets of any fish( preferably lean) bake in foil with onions, zucchini and carrots. Instead of salt, use lemon juice.
Snack
1 option. Cottage cheese and vegetable salad. Squash( 500 grams) and a small slice of ginger grate, cut one Bulgarian pepper into cubes, preferably green, finely chop the greens( onion, parsley, dill. .. - to taste).Mix everything with cottage cheese( 200 grams), season with natural yogurt( 2-3 tablespoons).
2 option. Squash caviar with cottage cheese. Finely chop zucchini( 300 grams), one carrot, one onion and 2 bell peppers. Put out on vegetable oil. The resulting vegetable mixture is cooled and chopped in a blender or whisked with a mixer. Then add a little cottage cheese( to taste).Mix everything.
Supper
1 option. Courgettes stuffed with vegetables. Young zucchini( preferably zucchini) cut in half, cut out the core from the boat. Finely chop any vegetables and fill the boats. Wrap in foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
2 option. Courgettes with mushrooms.100 grams of mushrooms( except champignons) cut and fry in oil with the addition of salt. Young zucchini cut into slices, fry on both sides, mix with mushrooms, sprinkle with herbs.
Recommendations
- During the diet, you should drink at least 1.5 liters of water and / or green tea daily.
- Courgettes are best used young, with a thin soft skin of a dark green color and soft seeds( ideally suited for these requirements are zucchini).
- Do not clean zucchini from the peel - it contains the lion's share of vitamins and other nutrients.
- To repeat the zucchini diet is recommended not more than once a year, the best time for it is from the middle of summer to the beginning of autumn, when young, fresh and inexpensive zucchini appear on the shelves.
