Soon the New Year and it's time to reflect on the festive table. Chops and cutlets are certainly tasty and win-win, but always want to surprise your loved ones with something new and tasty. And one more problem for every housewife: "What should I cook for the hot?".Rolls of chicken with mushrooms will perfectly suit as a snack on the New Year's table, and with a side dish, as hot, it will be an excellent hearty dish. Chicken fillet in combination with mushrooms is incredibly delicious, and when it comes to rolls it is doubly nice, because all the taste, aroma and juiciness of mushrooms remain in its middle.

So, how to cook a roll with mushrooms?
For the preparation of meat rolls with mushrooms, you will need the following products:
- Chicken fillet - 500 gr
- Cooked mushrooms - 100 g( This recipe uses dried white mushrooms, but they can be replaced with any boiled mushrooms)
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Onions - 1piece
- 1 bunch of green onion
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece
- Salt, pepper peas, bay leaves.
As you need to roast chicken rolls:
- Whipped egg - 1 pc
- Flour - 150 g( 3/4 cups or 5 tablespoons)
Instructions for preparing chicken fillet rolls with mushrooms:
- Cook the mushrooms until tender. If it is fresh or dried forest mushrooms, the time for cooking should be at least 2 hours, if you take the usual mushrooms, then they are enough for cooking 30 minutes.
- Cut all products: fillets - cross-sections, as on chops. Mushrooms, carrots and onions - cubes. Pepper in circles, and the green onion is simply shallow.
- Pour 100 ml of oil on a hot brazier and pour the sliced mushrooms. Salt and pepper, throw a few laurel leaves. Add ½ portion of chopped plain and green onions.
- Fry for 15 minutes( until onion is ready).
- Fight off the chicken fillet.
Secret: chicken fillet is especially tender, and when you start to beat it with a hammer, you can easily damage the fibers. Therefore, it should be done in the following way: all pieces of fillets are laid out on the kitchen board and covered with two or three layers of food film, in the extreme case, you can use a plastic bag, now you can safely beat the fillets - you can be sure, in this case, the meat will not be damaged.
- Put the mushroom stuffing on the fillet.
- Roll up the filling in the fillet. It turns out that this roll of chicken fillet.
