- Cover the bowl with a towel and put it in a place where it's warm, for 40 minutes.
- Beat eggs in light foam, add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to them. Add this mixture to the previously prepared gum, stir and leave to stand for another half an hour.
- After the dough is increased several times, it is no longer necessary to mix it. Take a small amount of dough and bake in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
Pancakes with milk
If you make pancakes in milk, they will turn out soft and gentle. This is an ideal option for a hearty and delicious breakfast. Please note that you can make this dish from milk with absolutely any percentage of fat.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk;
- 500 g of flour;
- 2 sec.l.dry yeast;
- 2 eggs;Milk Vanilla sugar Flour
- 3 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- vanillin or vanilla sugar;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
- Initially, we make an incense. Milk slightly warmed up and add sugar and yeast to it. Stir and wait 15 minutes until the yeast is stuck.

This is a recipe for incredibly delicious, airy and gentle pancakes for tea. They are cooked with yogurt of any percentage of fat. You can take both home and shop.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of kefir;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 3 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- 3 tsp.fast-acting dry yeast;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp.l.vegetable oil;

- Pancakes on kefir are thick and delicious. They can be served with condensed milk or with sour cream.
Pancakes on live yeast
Pancakes can be made not only on dry, but also on fresh yeast. In this case they come out more lush and airy.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of flour;
- 250 ml of water( fat content 2.5%);
- 3 tbsp.l.vegetable oil;
- 250 ml of water;
- 1 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- 25 g of live yeast( compressed);
- 1 tsp.salt.
Preparation:
- Sift the wheat flour in a deep saucepan.
- Milk slightly warmed in a separate saucepan and add to it vegetable oil and the remaining amount of boiled water. Then we put sugar and salt here.
- Pressed yeast put in a deep plate and pour them 100 ml of boiled warm water. We add a pinch of sugar and wait until the yeast dissolves. The water temperature should average 25 degrees.
- Mix the yeast mixture with milk and add to the flour.
- The resulting dough on live yeast is carefully kneaded. Cover it and put it in a place where it's warm, for 40 min.
- When the dough increases by about two times, it needs to be slightly crushed by the hands and put on to approach.
- After the dough is suitable, you can start frying pancakes with pressed yeast. To do this, we heat the frying pan, then pour vegetable oil into it, pinch off small pieces of soft dough, make cakes of them and fry until golden.
Pancakes with apples
For Sunday breakfast, you can serve tasty and lavish pancakes made with apples for the whole family. Their recipe is quite simple. It will not take much time and energy to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 2 cups of boiled drinking water;
- 2 tsp.dry fast-acting yeast;
- 3 medium sized apples;Cinnamon Vanillin Apples
- 3 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- 3 tbsp.l.vegetable oil;
- by a pinch of salt, cinnamon, vanilla sugar or vanillin.
Preparation:
- The flour is sieved in a deep container. Add to it dry yeast, sugar, fragrant vanillin and salt.
- My apples, peeled, crushed and sprinkled with a small amount of cinnamon, which will give yeast pancakes a pleasant and mouth-watering aroma.
- Pour warm boiled water into the flour, stir well, and then add the crushed apples with cinnamon to the mixture.
- The dough from above is covered with a thin towel, put in a place where heat, and leave to go for about 2 hours. When it increases in its volume by a factor of 2, we lightly turn it over with our hands and return it back.

- 1 tbsp.l.dry fast-acting yeast;
- 2 cups of flour;
- boiled water;
- 3 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- 0.5 tsp.salt.
Preparation:
- Flour is sifted in a high-capacity bowl. Do it in the middle of a small indentation, which emits a specified amount of sugar, salt and high-speed yeast.
- To the obtained flour mass, boil water of room temperature is added by a thin trickle. Thus it is necessary to stir constantly. To get a homogeneous mass without lumps, you can use a mixer. In the end, you should get a consistency, like fatty sour cream.
- The dough is covered with a kitchen towel or lid and put in a place where heat, for 40-60 minutes.
- After the dough is suitable and will increase at least 3 times, you can go directly to the frying of delicious yeast pancakes.
Pancakes with cheese
This is an easy recipe. Similar fritters from the yeast dough should be served hot as a snack.
Ingredients:

- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 2 eggs;

- After the dough has risen, you can start frying.

Fritters with chicken
This snack is perfect for both a festive dinner and a Sunday lunch with your family. To cook pancakes with yeast with chicken, it will take about 1.5 hours.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour;
- 10 g dry yeast;
- 300 g of boiled chicken;
- 2 eggs;
- 500 ml of warm water;
- 2 tbsp.l. Sahara;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
- First we make an opaque. In a separate bowl, dissolve dry yeast in warm boiled water. Note that water should be at room temperature, otherwise the dough will not work.

- For a well-heated frying pan pour about 5 tbsp.spoons of vegetable oil. Top with a spoon lay out a pile of dough at a distance of 3 cm from each other. Then we put on them pieces of boiled chicken and cover with another layer of dough. Bake as usual pancakes.
Instead of chicken, you can put pork, beef or mushrooms. Serve with the sour cream.
Useful advices
- Flour for preparation of pancakes should be chosen of the highest quality. Then they will turn out gentle, soft and airy. To achieve the best result, it is recommended to sift the flour on a fine sieve several times.
- Spread the ready dough on a frying pan with a tablespoon soaked in cold water. Dip in the water it should always be before you want to put a dough into it.
- To get a pleasant scent, you can add cinnamon or vanillin to it.
