Recipe for wine


  • Blackberry ashberry - 5 kilograms;
  • Sugar - 1 kilogram;
  • Raisins - 50 grams( not washed);
  • Water - 1 liter.

Chop the berries of rowan so that there are not any left whole. Fill mashed berries with half a sugar. To stimulate the fermentation process, add unwashed berries of raisins. Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth.

After 7 days, the berries of the mountain ash should swell and rise to the surface. Put in a dark room for fermentation with a temperature of at least 18 degrees. After settling the water with the oil cake, strain the resulting juice. Remnants of pulp and peel can now be discarded. From the container where wine is already fermenting, gently remove the glove, remove the foam, if any, and pour the juice into the container. After this, return the glove back.

The total duration of fermentation of wine is from 1 to 1.5 months. The completion of the process is determined by blowing off the glove, the absence of fermentation bubbles and general clarification of the wine. At this stage, young wine is produced. It should be carefully separated from the sediment, packed in bottles, in which the wine is supposed to be stored further. For maturation, put the bottles in a cool room for up to six months. Once a month it must be filtered out of the sediment. The finished wine is stored in a tightly closed container.

Classical tincture


  • Berries of chokeberry - 1 kilogram;
  • Alcohol( vodka, moonshine) - 1 liter;
  • Sugar - to your liking.

Berries pour into a glass container. Add an alcoholic liquid to the level of 3 centimeters above the level of berries.
